The site looked okay at first glance, but i never felt completely at ease placing an order. Some of the information was kind of vague, and I found myself having to double-check things on my own like I was solving a mystery. Maybe everything is perfectly fine, but for me, the trust factor just wasn’t there, and that made the whole experience feel a little nerve-wracking.

My order was exactly right, every item was there, no mix-ups, nothing missing. I guess whoever runs this actually knows what they’re doing, because I was happy with how everything turned out

I mostly ordered from Pen Chalet for the ink, and honestly... I was happy with it. They had a bunch of colors I don’t usually come across on other sites, and I really liked that they offered samples so I could try things before committing to a full bottle. Shipping was fine, and everything was packed well. I’ll probably order from them again next time I’m in the mood to test out some new inks.

I tried using a coupon code at checkout, but it just wouldn’t go through. this seems to happen a lot... most of the codes I’ve tried don’t work!
